Arthur Levine was a fan from New York active in the 1940s and 1950s. He was a member of the N3F and in 1952 was in charge of their copyright bureau, and was a member of a number of Worldcons between at least Philcon in 1947 and NyCon II in 1956.
He is listed in Ron Bennett's Directory of Science Fiction Fandom for 1956.
