Winnipeg in '23 was an unsuccessful bid to host the 81st Worldcon from August 24–28, 2023, at the RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg and Delta Hotels by Marriott in Winnipeg, MB, Canada. The bid chair was Terry Fong of Montreal. Vice chairs were Robbie Bourget, Slough, UK, and Linda Ross-Mansfield, Winnipeg.

The Winnipeg bid didn’t exist at the time of the February 26, 2021, filing deadline, six months before the scheduled Discon III. When Discon III was moved to December because of Covid-19, Discon announced (correctly) that it would not re-open filing leaving Chengdu 2023 and Memphis in 2023 the only filed bids. But D3 underwent considerable upheaval in the subsequent months and Winnipeg was allowed to file on April 23.

It lost to Chengdu on the first ballot in the 2023 Site Selection.
