Winnipeg in '23 is a bid to host the 81st Worldcon from August 24–28, 2023, at the RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg and Delta Hotels by Marriott in Winnipeg, MB, Canada. The bid chair is Terry Fong of Montreal. Vice chairs are Robbie Bourget, Slough, UK, and Linda Ross-Mansfield, Winnipeg.

Discon III, the 2023 Worldcon Site Selection administrators, will allow Winnipeg on the ballot, even though the bid didn’t exist at the time of the February 26, 2021, filing deadline, which was set before the 2021 Worldcon was moved to December because of Covid-19. Discon had announced it would accept no further bids after Chengdu 2023 and Memphis in 2023 filed, but DIII underwent considerable upheaval since then. Winnipeg filed on April 23.
