A company founded James Blish and Robert Lowndes just after World War II. (It was unrelated to the later mundane Vanguard Records.) They got outside funding and intended to produce 78-rpm records, apparently of both fannish and mundane music. (They may have produced up to three records.) The venture collapsed when the outside investor withdrew.
One piece that they actually recorded was Chan Davis' "Song of Worlds Unseen," performed by pianist Bertha Melnik.
