The 1973 Worldcon, second in Canada, Torcon II was held August 31 - September 3, 1973 at the Royal York Hotel in Toronto, Canada. The GoH was Robert Bloch and the FGoH was Bill Rotsler. Lester del Rey was Toastmaster. Chaired by John Millard.
