Stephanie “Flash” Burke is a Baltimore pro specializing in paranormal romance. She is a costumer and co-founded of the anime convention Mikomicon.
Burke was badly insulted in the Balticon 56 Burke Incident in 2022, which plunged all fandom into war over codes of conduct (again), and the con wound up apologizing to her (sort of).
She has been married to Dennis Burke since August 21, 1994. They have two children.
