Scott Campbell Dennis is a fan who found fandom in Baltimore, where he lived in Smof Central and played a major role in Baltimore in '83 and the subsequent Worldcon, Constellation. His bidding activities and fanac with Moose, and smaller stature, netted him the nicknameSquirrel.” He later moved to Lexington, KY, and now lives in San Diego.

He is married to fellow fan Jane Dennis. They ran Smofcon 11 (the LexSmof) in Lexington, and Smofcon 20 in San Diego. In the mid-80s, they published the short-lived but influential Jane's Fighting Smofs, the fanzine of convention bidding. Scott was a member of the Louisville in '94 Worldcon bid. For several decades the Dennises ran Fo' Paws Productions a T-shirt, bag and stuff huckster business.
