Ron Bounds was a Baltimore, MD fan who was one of the founders of the Baltimore Science Fiction Society in the 1960s. He co-chaired Discon 2, was a member of the Baltimore in '67 (Secretary) and Washington in '77 bid committees, and published Quinine. He chaired Loscon 2. He was President of the Great Wall of China SF, Marching & Chop Suey Society.
