Roger D. Sween is a Minnesota fan who was primarily a fanzine fan and most active during the 1970s. He organized APA 070.4 (he was a librarian, professionally), wrote a Speculative Literature Bibliography, and the Service Bulletin 30. He was a member of the N3F.

He also lived in Wisconsin and Michigan.
