Ralph James Fluette, a fanartist from Saginaw, MI, active in the 1940s and ’50s, was one of the Wolverine Insurgents, a participant in Bar-Rag and a contributor to Spacewarp. He seems to have been behind Spicy STF Stuff or at least did its illos. He was a member of the N3F.
