Intercon 2001, also Norcon 17, the Norwegian Natcon, also ShadowCon 6 and Multicon 6, was held August 2-5, 2001 at Helga Eng’s House and Sophus Lies Auditorium at Blindern, University of Oslo, in Oslo, Norway. The GoHs were Vernor Vinge and Tor Åge Bringsværd.
