Necon 4 was a convention held in 1983 at Roger Williams University near Providence, RI. The GoHs were John Coyne, David Morrell, Ned Dameron, and Barclay Shaw. The toastmaster was Douglas E. Winter, the Roastee was Alan Ryan and it was chaired by Bob Booth.
