Milwaukee Science Fiction & Fantasy League
A Milwaukee club founded in early 2021 by Eric Hildeman. It has so far operated mainly as a Facebook group, having had two meetings in summer 2021 (one live, with about three attending; one online). Hildeman also does a weblog and a fancast on behalf of the group, both called Starship Fonzie. All tend to have a mostly media-oriented bent, but explicitly exclude fantasy.
Hildeman has designs on starting up a new convention in Milwaukee.
145 people had joined the Facebook group as of September 2021, but activity is quite low. Covid-19 has significantly interfered with Hildeman’s plans to launch the group.
The club, of course, has no affiliation with the historic Science Fiction League.
