Janet Wilson (formerly Small), a Canadian fan, founded A Women's APA. She was a member of the Derelicts and OSFiC. She was OE of Mixed Company.

Janet published Distaff. She and then husband Robert Charles Wilson put out the fanzine We Publish the Banns describing their marriage.

Originally from Quebec, she lived for a time in Toronto, and now resides in Vancouver.
