Evelyn Dolores Chappell, nee Carrigan, a Tulsa, OK, fan active in the 1950s, was a member of the Oklahoma Science Fiction Confederation and art editor and co-publisher of its clubzine Nite Cry. She was also the publisher of the short lived fantasy zine Voila, edited by Larry Walker in collaboration with the Oklahoma Science Fiction Confederation. She chaired Oklacon III.

She married Don Chappell in 1947, and they had two girls and a boy. Don called her Dolores, but she used Evelyn in their fanzine. They eventually moved to Poughkeepsee, NY, and later settled in Tucson, AZ.
