The Eurocon has run each year since 1972.
There are fandoms in Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Russia, Spain, Sweden. While the UK and Ireland are (sometimes) considered part of Europe in mundania, fannishly, they are their own things.
