Can this be set to update programmatically?

We don't want it to, as it would be swamped by all the Europe category. It should be an article about the highlights of European fandom. John (talk) 02:13, 10 May 2020 (PDT)
It would also breaks the "also involved" backlinks feature, where every European page would mention Europe again at the bottom. John (talk) 02:16, 10 May 2020 (PDT)
