Earl Terry Kemp is an American sf bibliographer and historian, author of The Anthem Series: A Guide to the Science Fiction, Fantasy, Horror and Weird Specialty Publishers of the Golden Age (2013), art books and two extensive bibliographic databases. He wrote about fanzines for Steve Davidson’s Amazing Stories.

The son of fans Nancy and Earl Kemp, he’s also edited several volumes of sf stories and essays by his godfather, Rog Phillips.
