Con*Cept '91 was held October 5-6, 1991 at the Nouvel Hotel in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. GoHs were Diane Duane and Peter Morwood, and AGoH was Jean-Pierre Normand. MC was Larry Stewart. The chair was Béatrice Gasc.
