Colette Fozard, a Baltiwash fan, entered fandom in the mid-1990s and worked on numerous Worldcons thereafter. She went to Intersection on her honeymoon.
She was co-chair, with Bill Lawhorn, of the 2021 Worldcon, Discon III, until January 2021, when she resigned over the backlash of a quickly rescinded concom decision about Hugo credit for large teams, which she wrote about for File 770.
