Betty Peters was a UK fan originally from Scotland and later London active in the 1960s. She was a member of the Science Fiction Club of London. Her husband was fellow fan Ian Peters and together they were participants in convention costume balls.

Skyrack #33 (June 1961) reports that she and Ian were new recruits to the Science Fiction Club of London. They attended the 1964 Eastercon in Peterborough where they won a prize for 'most authentic SF characters' with their Fafhrd and the Grey Mouser costumes.
