Bella Siegel (née Lifshitz) attended Chicon, the 1940 Worldcon, with her husband, Jerry Siegel. She had grown up in Cleveland with him and his Superman collaborator, Joe Shuster.
The Siegels had a son, Michael (January 27, 1944–January 17, 2006), before divorcing in 1948.
