Balticon 47 was a convention held at the Marriott's Hunt Valley, Hunt Valley, MD, Memorial Day weekend, May 24-27, 2013. The GoHs were Joe Haldeman, Rick Sternbach, Nnedi Okorafor, Sassafrass & Ada Palmer.
It was chaired by Patti Kinlock.
The 2012 Compton Crook Award winner was T. C. McCarthy and the 2013 Robert A. Heinlein Award winners were Yoji Kondo and Allen Steele. The 2013 Compton Crook Award winner was Myke Cole.
