The All-Eastern Science Fiction Conference was announced in Fantasy-News V5#20] (November 10, 1940) to be held May 4, 1941, in Newark, NJ, among other issues. No GoH was announced.
So far, we have been unable to find any evidence that it was either actually held or that it was cancelled. It does look like it might have been something like an early Open ESFA.
