An APA for a specific fantasy RPG somewhat like "Diplomacy". Founded around 1980. The OE was Robert Bryan Lipton.
"Slobbovia" was a fictional backwards country in the "Lil Abner" comic strip -- like Elbonia in today's "Dilbert".
