The 2004 Best Related Book Hugo was presented September 4, 2004 at Noreascon 4.

The Return of the Black Widowers by Isaac Asimov and Charles Ardai received enough votes on the nominating ballot to secure a place on the final ballot, but was ruled to be ineligible because anthologies are not eligible in this category.
