R. Ogier was a fan from London, UK active in the 1950s. He was a member of Cytricon but it's not known if he attended.
He is listed in Ron Bennett's Directory of Science Fiction Fandom for 1955 but only with an address of 'London' and he's not listed at all subsequently.
