Derek Williams was a UK fan active in the 1950s although his activity seems limited to being 'crossword editor' for last few issues of Andromeda. He doesn't appear in any of the mid-1950s iterations of Ron Bennett's Directory of Science Fiction Fandom or seemingly anywhere else.
