(April 23, 1959 -- September 14, 2020)
A California fan and filker who founded Wail Songs in 1982 to produce and sell live convention tapes. He also published Stave the Wails, a filk songbook containing many of the best filk songs of the 80s. He founded both Consonance and Interfilk. He was married to Lindy Sears. He died of glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer.
