CONgestion was a convention held at the Red Carpet Inn in Oklahoma City, OK on 19-21 March, 1982. Just who their GoHs were is a bit vague. It's clear that Roger Zelazny was Pro GoH, and there were (at least) two Fan GoHs, Richard Olney and Mary Wallbank. (A number of other pros were listed including C. J. Cherryh, George R. R. Martin, Howard Waldrop, and Buddy Saunders, but they don't seem to have been GoHs.) Stephen R. Donaldson was toastmaster and it was chaired by Cathy Ball. It was sponsored by the Norman Oklahoma Science Fiction Association.
