A Bay Area APA but open to outsiders. Also written APA-@<π>@ (Greek letter pi -- sorry about the font!)

It was founded in January 1972 by Jay Freeman.

Eventually merged with c-rapa to form CRapa-pi.

Fl. 1974-1980.
