Pat Lee was a UK fan from Manchester active in the 1940s and 1950s. She (or possibly he) was a member of the Nor'west Science Fantasy Club (NSFC).
Pat was listed as a member of the NSFC in Space Times #2 (July 1952) along with Bernard Lee at the same address who could have been a husband or possibly brother.
