Bernard Lee was a UK fan from Manchester active in the 1940s. He was a member of the Science Fantasy Society (SFS).
In Science Fantasy News #5 he took issue at length with an article by Ted Tubb in the previous issue.
He does not appear in the Directory of Science Fiction Fandom for 1955.
