Dave Cohen was a fan from Sydney, Australia active in the 1950s.

In 1954 he was a member of the Supermancon, a convention in Manchester, UK, unlike the British fan Dave Cohen who was actually chairing the convention. Bizarre as this seems, it is definitely the Australian Dave Cohen who appears on the list as he is explicitly identified as such. As best we know, Australian Dave Cohen didn't attend; had he done so surely somebody would have remarked on the presence of two Dave Cohens. It's unclear whether this Dave Cohen joined the convention society purely as an act of intercontinental Dave Cohenish solidarity.
