Alan Shalders was an Australian fan active in the 1950s. Ted Carnell described him as 'a rocket expert from Woomera'[1].
At some point he went to the UK on a two-year reciprocal exchange with the British rocket propulsion department[2] and he attended Festivention in 1951.
Etherline #38 (October 1954) reported the Adelaide group welcoming him back from the UK.
