K. Salter was a UK fan active in the 1940s. He attended the Loncon of 1949.

Salter is one of a number of fans whose fannish existence is only known because he signed a list of convention attendees. It's tempting to conclude that this is simply a misreading of 'K. Slater' but Slater had previously said (Operation Fantast Trading Supplement, March 1948) that he wouldn't be able to attend the convention.
