Frank H. Parnell

(December 15, 1916 – October 31, 1996)

Frank H. Parnell is the author of half-a-dozen short stories co-written with J. T. McIntosh as 'Gregory Francis' in the 1950s and 1970s and Monthly Terrors: An Index to the Weird Fantasy Magazines Published in the United States and Great Britain (1985).

An F. Parnell from Ipswich was a member of the Science Fantasy Society. It's unclear if this is the same person.
