Dr Shivaji Lal was a UK fan from Basingstoke and later London active in the 1940s and 1950s. He was a member of the British Fantasy Library (BFL) and the Science Fantasy Society (SFS). He attended Loncon in 1957 where according to Rainer Eisfeld:

He provided the medical certificate attesting me a severe cold, so I could stay on for the Con's proceedings, rather than have to travel home for the start of the autumn school term.

He does not appear in Ron Bennett's Directory of Science Fiction Fandom for 1955–7.
