M. Kerr was a UK fan from active in the 1940s. He was a member of the British Fantasy Library (BFL).
He was at the time (1947) a corporal in the 1st King's Dragoon Guards stationed with Middle East Land Forces. We know no more about him.
He does not appear in Ron Bennett's Directory of Science Fiction Fandom for 1955.
