J. Frank White was a UK fan from Manchester active in the 1940s. He was a member of the British Fantasy Library (BFL).

While White does not appear on the membership list in the British Fantasy Library Handbook he presumably joined some time after that as librarian Ron Holmes complained in the BFLs Booklist #6 that White had arranged book swaps and then refused to answer letters.
