Haggis

Haggis was an apazine published for OMPA by Ian Peters in the UK. He was living in London at the time but Peters was originally from Scotland, hence the name. Writing in Relapse #13 in 2009, he said he thought there were nine issues although he only still had a copy of #2. Greg Pickersgill's listing starts with V1.2. This implies the existence of a V1.1 and OMPA mailing 42 contains apazines (e.g. Amble, Binary) which direct comments to earlier issue in mailing 41.
