Bob Stewart (also known as Boob) was a fan active in San Francisco in the 1950s. His nickname was derived from the title of his fanzine, Boo!, and helped fen distinguish him from the similarly-named Bhob Stewart.
In his early years in fandom, along with Terry Carr, Dave Rike, and Peter Graham he was a member of (and reputedly the most juvenile of) the Adolescent California Crowd and Golden Gate Futurians. He is credited with inventing the dart game Poke the Pro.
Stewart later gafiated in order to become a Catholic priest.
