Kees van Toorn is a Dutch fan, publisher and translator who found fandom in 1966.
He organized the Holland in 1990 Worldcon bid, which won, and was Chairman of ConFiction, the 1990 (Worldcon in the Hague). He has served on many con committees in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, the United States and Canada.
He is a member of LASFS, NCSF, and SFCD. He used to belong to APA-L.
He published Orbit, a semiprozine, from 1977–89.

- 1980 -- SfanCon 11 (Beneluxcon 7)
- 1991 -- Hillcon II, European SF Award in Krakau for fan relations and several awards for the effort to bring fans from across the world together through ConFiction
