A bi-monthly fanzine published by the N3F since 2016, part of the club's Fan-Pro Coordinating Activity Bureau.

The editor is John Thiel; the pro contact is Jefferson Swycaffer; the fan contact is Jon D. Swartz; the distributor is George Phillies.

The title of the fanzine combines the words "ionic" and "sphere." It does not refer to the ionic layer above the earth's atmosphere. It is supposedly a revival of a decades-old N3F zine name.
