Ruby A. Anderson was a Southern fan active from the 1940s through the 1970s, mainly, it appears, as a correspondence fan. She was a member of the N3F, and served on its Welcommittee in the ’50s, while living in Nashville. She belonged to the Little Monsters of America.

In the ’70s, she lived in Atlanta and belonged to the Southern Fandom Confederation.
