Jeff May, a Kansas City fan, was active in the 1970s. He was a member of KaCSFFS, and involved with the KC in '76 Worldcon bid. He worked on MidAmeriCon and published its daily newsletter. He was a member of Alarums & Excursions, REHupa, and SAPS.
