Charles "Chuck" Partington was a British fan from Manchester active in the 60s and 70s. He was part of Salford Fandom, and the Northern Science Fiction and Fantasy Group (which he chaired). He was on the Chessmancon, Mancon 5, and Thirdmancon committees. He was a actor and producer in the fannish Delta SF Film Group. He co-founded Savoy Books and published New Worlds #213-216 in the late 70s. With Harry Nadler he published the Ken Bulmer Bibliograhy for BECCON Publications. He was an early working on SF2 Concatenation.
