Marcon XVI was held March 13-15 1981 t the Columbus Hilton Inn in Columbus, OH. The Pro GoH was Andy Offutt, and Bob Passovoy and Anne Passovoy were Fan GoHs. Jodie Offutt was toastmaster, it was chaired by Mark Evans and attendance was 426.
