Joseph Neil Schulman was an American pro writer. He was a Libertarian, and wrote Alongside Night (1979) and The Rainbow Cadenza (1983), both of which received the Prometheus Award. His third novel, Escape from Heaven, was also a finalist for the 2002 Prometheus Award.
