(May 22, 1898 – November 3, 1967)

A. A. Wyn (né Aaron Weinstein), an editor for the pulps house Magazine Publishers, took over the company about 1930 and rebranded it Ace Magazines, replacing its swastika logo with a playing card symbol. He launched Ace Comics in 1940 and Ace Books in 1952.

He was assisted by his wife, Rose Wyn, whom he had married in 1926.
